All public records requests must be processed through the City Clerk's Office. Anyone requesting a copy or the inspection of a public record must fill out a request for public records document form. The City Attorney for authorization to release the requested documents then reviews the form. If the request is approved, it is then faxed to the appropriate department so that the records can be reproduced. The copy of the documents is then forwarded to the City Clerk's Office for release.
Copies are charged at $.25 per page.
Color copies $1.25
Copies on CD $5.00
A flat fee of $5.00 applies to Pre-Hospital Medical Care (EMT) Reports and Fire Reports.
